How to Pass Deloitte’s Immersive Online Assessment

About Deloitte:

Deloitte is one of the big four professional services organisations and operates in more than 150 countries. Founded in London, United Kingdom, in 1845, Deloitte is the largest professional services network by revenue and number of professionals, with 345,000 employees worldwide. Deloitte provides services in areas such as Audit, Human Capital, Tax, Consulting, Legal, Technology, Cyber and Property.

In the UK, Deloitte is also one of the big recruiters. Every year the company recruits more than 1000 graduates and students in offices across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Deloitte’s Recruitment Process:

Step 1: Registration

First, you will need to register your basic information on Deloitte’s website and select the area and role you would like to apply for.

Step 2: Online Application Form

After completing the registration form, you will also have to complete an application form to successfully submit your application to be considered. A CV will not be required.

Step 3: Immersive Online Assessment

Normally, you will be invited to complete the immersive online assessment as soon as you submit your application. The immersive online assessment is a combination of numerical reasoning tests and situational judgement tests. The assessment is not timed and will take around 75 minutes to complete.

Step 4: Job Simulation

The job simulation is the interview stage of Deloitte. During the job simulation, you will see a mixture of numerical reasoning, situational judgement and video recording questions. During the assessment, you may also need to reply to some emails in writing. Although this is not an online test, it is still important to practice numerical reasoning and situational judgement tests to make sure that you pass this stage.

Step 5: Final Assessment

Deloitte’s final assessment consists of an interview with a senior member of the firm and a group case study depending on the service line you applied for. If you apply to the assurance service line, you will only need to do an interview in the final assessment. During the interview, you will be asked about your motivation for applying for Deloitte and your chosen service line. You will also be asked questions about your adaptability, communication style, teamwork skills and relationship management skills.

How to Prepare for Deloitte Immersive Online Assessment?

You will need to practice numerical reasoning and situational judgement tests to pass Deloitte’s immersive online assessment.

If you are not good at math, it is important to start practising from the basics. Once you become more confident, you can practice tests in the challenge zone. If you can pass our tests in the challenge zone, you should not worry about the numerical part of Deloitte’s immersive online assessment and job simulation assessment.

In terms of the situational judgement test, you will see different work-related scenarios and, based on those scenarios, you will need to rank the options provided. Although they sound easy, many students fail because they do not understand what Deloitte is asking. You can avoid this problem by practising our situational judgement practice tests that give you a sense of real assessment, and you will learn how to answer each work-related question step by step.
