If you are more advanced, you can start practising our real assessment-style questions in the challenge zone, which will help you understand the format and style of actual online tests. When you sit your actual online tests, you will be surprised by how familiar you are with the environment.

The simple answer is to practice. But you need to practice in the right way to make sure that you do not waste your time. First, you need to know where you stand. This can be achieved by trying our basic tests. If they are not challenging enough for you, you can then progress to more advanced ones. If you find the basic level tests challenging, more practice is required.

When you are ready! By practising our online assessment style tests, you will know when you are ready. You will see your results and feedback at the end of each test, including advice as to what you should do next. Once you are reliably passing our tests, you are ready for the real assessments.

You know which company you are applying for and what kind of tests they will have. Usually, the information will be on the company’s website. Otherwise, you can find out by logging into their application system without starting the test itself. Once you have found out, start practising accordingly. It is important to practice before every actual assessment.
