Student & Graduate Recruitment Process
Stage 1: Online Application
Applicants are required to submit an application through KPMG's official job application portal. The application requires accurate academic and employment history details and it should take about 30 minutes to complete. You will not need to upload a CV.
Stage 2: Transforming Small Businesses
After submitting your application, you will be automatically invited to the Transforming Small Businesses online assessment. This assessment will ask you to consider a range of material relating to three fictional small businesses, each with their own challenges. The assessment may take around 90 minutes.
Stage 3: Delivering Outcomes
This stage will provide you with more insight into your chosen business area and take you through a fictional project that is linked to one of the small businesses in the previous stage. Throughout this assessment, you will be asked to rank what you'd be likely to do in specific business scenarios and provide both written responses or video responses on your webcam to some questions.
Stage 4: Launch Pad
This is the final stage of the selection process. The Launch Pad is an in-person, half-day event that combines two assessed activities (an interview and group assessment) with five non-assessed group activities. Both the assessed and non-assessed activities will provide you with a chance to find out more about KPMG.
Stage 5: Offer and Feedback
Following the Launch Pad, candidates receive feedback and are informed about the outcome of their application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.
