Student & Graduate Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Online Application

Applicants are required to submit an application through BAE Systems' official job application portal. The application requires accurate details of the academic and employment history. It takes around 20 minutes to complete.

Stage 2: Online Assessments

If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to a virtual assessment which will include gamified assessment challenges and video questions. You can read more about how to prepare for them below.

Stage 3: Interview

This stage involves either a virtual or face-to-face interview with members of the BAE Systems team. You might be invited to participate in more than one interview, which is a great opportunity for you to meet some of the people you might be working with, as well as ask any questions you have.

Stage 4: Offer and Feedback

Following the interview, candidates receive feedback and are informed about the outcome of their application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.

How to Prepare for the Online Assessment

BAE Systems' online assessment comprises two parts: a gamified assessment and a video interview. The gamified assessment includes numerical, logical and situational tests, while the video interview focuses on behavioural aspects and motivation.
