Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a numerical reasoning assessment. The assessment will have 23 questions, and you are required to complete them within 45 minutes.
You can learn about how to prepare for this assessment below.
Stage 3: First Round Interview
If you successfully pass the online assessment, your application will be reviewed again. If you are selected, you will be invited to an interview. Though there are some differences between first and second-round interviews, they are also largely similar. Each interview usually takes 45 to 60 minutes and can be broken down into three parts: the standard fit interview, the Personal Experience Interview (PEI), and case questions.
Stage 4: Second/Final Round Interview
If you are successful in your first-round interview, you will be invited to a second-round interview. It is similar to the first round interview, and you can expect a similar structure.
Stage 5: Offer and Feedback
Following the final interview, candidates receive feedback and are informed about the outcome of their application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.
