Student & Graduate Recruitment Process
Stage 1: Online Application
Applicants are asked to submit this short application form to provide information about their location, preferred start date, and role preferences. You may also be asked to submit a CV and cover letter.
Stage 2: Digital Interview
If you meet the benchmark for the role, you will be invited to complete a digital interview. There are around 7-10 questions, and this stage will approximately take around 20 minutes. You can learn more about how to prepare for the digital interview here.
Stage 3: Virtual Assessment Centre
If you are successful in your interview, you will be invited to a virtual assessment centre. The Virtual Assessment Centre is a half-day engaging event that includes group exercises and one-on-one interviews focused on motivation and strengths.
Stage 4: Offer and Feedback
Following the assessment centre, candidates receive feedback and are informed about the outcome of their application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.
