Student & Graduate Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Online Application

Applicants are required to apply through Deloitte's official job application portal. The application asks a set of questions about who you are, your education and your experience. It normally takes around 30 mins.

Stage 2: Immersive Online Assessment

During this stage, you will be asked to look at possible work scenarios and answer how you’d respond, deciding on your most to least likely actions. There’ll also be questions about your preferred working style. The final part of this stage will be some cognitive ability tests, including numerical, verbal, critical, and, for some, abstract reasoning. You can learn more about Deloitte UK's online assessment below.

Stage 3: Job Simulation

In Job Simulation, you will answer questions across formats that include writing, video, multiple choice and ranking. Each question relates to the type of work you might do at Deloitte.

Stage 4: Final Assessment

The final assessment consists of three exercises, one group case study, one individual case study and an interview, depending on the role you are applying for.

Stage 5: Offer and Feedback

Following the final assessment, candidates receive feedback and are informed about the outcome of their application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.
