Student & Graduate Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Online Application

You need to apply through Legal & General's official job application portal. The application asks a set of questions about who you are, your education and your experience. It normally takes less than 30 minutes. You may also need to submit a CV.

Stage 2: Online Assessment

This stage includes two parts: an interactive assessment and a video interview. The interactive assessment consists of numerical and situational tests, while the video interview focuses on your behaviour and motivation.

Stage 3: Virtual Assessment Centre and Final Interview

If you are successful in Stage 2, you will attend a virtual assessment centre. This stage involves a series of exercises such as a group discussion and report writing. You may also need to attend a final interview on the same day. If your final interview is not on the same day, you will be invited to a final interview on another day.

Stage 4: Offer and Feedback

Following the final assessment, candidates receive feedback and are informed about the outcome of their application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.
