⌛️ Overall Time Needed to Practice: 5 days

⏰ Overall Time Needed to Complete the Assessment: 45 minutes

Situational Judgement Test

The assessment entails reading some scenarios and choosing the best response from the given options. During the test, you will receive messages and emails from your colleagues with different seniority, and you will be asked to provide the response you deem best in that situation. There will be 20 questions during the assessment, and those questions will be designed to assess the behaviours required to succeed in day-to-day work at Morgan Stanley.

In order to successfully pass this part of the assessment, you can practice our Situational Judgement Tests, which include ranking-style questions that help you understand corporate culture and what employers might be looking for.

Numerical Reasoning Assessment

This assessment is designed to assess your numerical skills and attention to detail. During this assessment, you will be asked to perform some calculations based on the information provided. This assessment comes as a part of the situational judgement test.

The test contains 18 questions, and you will be given 6 minutes to complete. If you cannot complete all of them, do not worry. Most people cannot complete all 18 questions in 6 minutes. During the assessment, you will be presented with some charts and diagrams and asked to make judgements on the statements given, whether the statement is True, False or Cannot Be Determined (Cannot Say)

The speed and accuracy of your calculation will be taken into consideration when calculating your final results. If you practice our set of Numerical Reasoning questions, with a focus on Challenge Zone: Assessment One and Two and become comfortable with them, you can easily pass this part of the assessment.

Logical/Inductive Reasoning Assessment

This part of the assessment will last for 5 minutes and contains 20 questions. It evaluates how many questions you can complete within 5 minutes correctly.

During this test, you will see some shapes that have some commonality and other shapes that follow the same rule. Based on those shapes, you will need to identify the missing shape. Overall, logical reasoning assessments are not very difficult. However, practice is essential for success. This assessment comes as a part of the situational judgement test.

In order to pass the logical reasoning assessment, you can simply practice our Logical Reasoning Tests.

Verbal Reasoning Assessment

During this assessment, you will be presented with some business information and need to make judgements on statements based on the information provided. There will be three options to choose from: True, False and Cannot Say.

The test contains 18 questions, and you will be given 5 minutes to complete. If you cannot complete all of them, do not worry. Most people cannot complete all questions in the given time.
