You need to apply via Newton Europe’s official careers portal, highlighting your relevant experience, skills, and motivation for joining Newton Europe. The application does not require a CV or a cover letter.
Stage 2: Online Assessment
After submitting the application, if you meet the minimum benchmark, you will be invited to complete an online assessment. The assessment takes 35 minutes, and there will be 28 numerical questions.
You are allowed to use calculators. If you cannot finish all the questions, do not worry, as most of the applicants will not be able to finish all of them.
Stage 3: Digital Interview
If you are successful in your online assessment, you will be invited to complete a digital interview.
The digital interview process will take around 15 minutes, and you will need to answer seven questions in total. The first five questions will be competency-based, and the final two questions will require you to do some calculations and explain your process verbally.
Stage 4: Selection Day
This is an assessment centre, and it consists of a self and pair introduction, a case study, an online assessment, a group case study, an analytics exercise and a mini-interview.
Stage 5: Final Interview
If you are successful in Selection Day, the final stage will be an interview.
The interview will have a case study, a few market sizing questions and some behavioural questions.
Stage 6: Offer and Feedback
Following the final interview, you will receive feedback and be informed about the outcome of your application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.
