Student & Graduate Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Online Application

In your application, you will need to provide details about your qualifications. Additionally, you should describe your areas of interest regarding the type of work you prefer and specify the locations where you would like to work. It normally takes around 30 mins.

Stage 2: Behavioural assessment

WSP's behavioural assessment is conducted online and consists of multiple gamified assessments. During this assessment, you will encounter a series of tasks at various levels through an interactive interface. This process is designed to evaluate your behavioural tendencies and problem-solving skills in different scenarios. You do not need a gaming experience to complete this test.

Stage 3: Interview Days (Scenario 1)

At this stage, you’ll be invited to participate in an Interview Day. This can take place in person at one of their office locations or be conducted online before your interview. During the Interview Day at WSP, you will engage in activities tailored to your role: a technical activity for technical positions or a case study for consulting roles. You will also participate in a face-to-face interview with a hiring manager.

Stage 3: Interview (Scenario 2)

WSP does not run Interview Days for all programmes. For some programmes, after completing the gamified assessment, you will be invited to attend an interview.

During the in-person interview, you will meet the team you could be working with, learn about their work, and showcase your skills and suitability for the role. The interview will focus on your motivation, understanding of the business as well as your behaviour.

Stage 4: Offer and Feedback

Following the final assessment, candidates receive feedback and are informed about the outcome of their application. You will receive a job offer if you are successful.
